We pride ourselves on creating a unique, enjoyable experience for our members by providing a clean studio, luxury retail products to elevate every session, a variety of streaming services for everyone, and much much more.

1. Pre-Session

Our intuitive wellness assistant, luumi, will help curate your perfect experience during your first visit by creating a session plan for you to feel informed and educated.

We provide towels for all Light Therapy sessions. Less is more while allowing your skin to breathe and sweat it out. If you feel more comfortable wearing clothes during your session, choose loose, breathable clothing.

Our studio offers complimentary filtered hydration stations, so you are always prepared for your session. We also have water available for purchase.

Our studio offers a variety of retail items to enhance your light sessions, such as exfoliators, face masks, dry brushes, and more, to elevate every session.

2. During Your Session

Your Light Therapy session time will vary by service. Enjoy a private 40-minute infrared sauna session, a 15-minute red light therapy session, or both! This time is for YOU.

En-suite entertainment features surround sound for streaming music, shows, meditation apps, and podcasts.

Unwind with our complimentary mint towels Infused with essential oils to cool you during your session.

3. Post-Session
