At our Discovery Day event, you will have the opportunity to visit two beem® Light Sauna locations, experience an infrared sauna session at our Southend studio, and spend quality time with our Home Office leadership team to gain further insight on how they support you as a business owner. Discovery Day events are reserved for pre-qualified prospective franchise owners who are actively in the beem® Light Sauna Ownership Discovery Process.

To assist in preparing for your visit, please review the below FAQs we've received from previous Discovery Day attendees. If you have any additional questions, please reach out to [email protected]

How should I book my travels?

If you are flying, you will be flying into Charlotte Douglas International Airport which is located roughly 25 minutes South from our Home Office. Please plan to arrive Thursday to evening to ensure a timely start to the event Friday morning at 9:00am. We will book ride service to your hotel from the airport!

What should I wear?

Here is what we would recommend for attire throughout the Discovery Day event:

Friday Morning: Business casual erring on the side of casual (we are a health & wellness brand, after all)

Sauna Sessions: Loose-fitted athletic wear

Friday Dinner: Business casual

Where will we be staying?

We have a corporate partnership with SpringHill Suites Huntersville which is where our team will book your hotel stay for your visit. This hotel is also in close proximity to our Home Office which offers convenience during the event.

What should I bring?

In addition to the recommended apparel for the event, candidates typically bring materials to take notes throughout presentations.

What expenses am I responsible for?

Our team will cover:

-A $100 Uber voucher for ride service to & from the airport during your stay

-Your hotel stay at SpringHill Suites in Huntersville, NC (2 night maximum)

-Lunch & Dinner on Friday

-Ride Service throughout the Discovery Day experience on Friday

You will be responsible for covering:

-Your travels to and from Charlotte, NC

-Hotel incidental costs outside of room & tax

-The costs of any additional hotel night stays after the 2 night maximum

-Any additional miscellaneous expenses during your stay outside of the Discovery Day experience
