OWNERSHIP DISCOVERY PROCESS
The beem® Light Sauna Ownership Discovery Process is a 4-6 week educational process that has been carefully designed to provide prospective franchise owners with a full understanding of the business to determine if beem® Light Sauna is the right franchise opportunity for you. Our process is broken down into 3 phases:
INTEREST
The Interest Phase of our Ownership Discovery Process is designed to provide you with a ton of helpful preliminary information about the beem® business to help determine if it may be a good fit.
EDUCATION
The Education Phase of our Ownership Discovery Process will be information-heavy and will consist of a series of Discovery Calls to provide an in-depth education on the beem® business. You will also gain access to join Owner Q&A Calls with our network.
APPROVAL
The Approval Phase of our Ownership Discovery Process is when you will complete all final items in order to be approved for ownership including finalizing territories, submitting approval documents, and authorizing your Franchise Agreement.

4. INTRODUCTORY CALL
Review our Franchise Opportunities Guide that covers all preliminary information about the beem® Light Sauna business to determine if our brand & mission align with what you’re looking for. You will be sent a direct booking link to schedule this call after submitting your Ownership Questionnaire.

5. OWNERSHIP DISCOVERY CALLS
The Ownership Discovery Calls portion of our Discovery Process consists of three 60-minute calls hosted via Google Meet on which
you’ll cover all pre-opening processes, business operations, review of our Franchise Disclosure Document & territory mapping.
 Discovery Call 1: Opening Your Business
On this call, we will go through what you can expect from the moment you sign your Franchise Agreement through opening your studio including setting up your business, site selection & buildout, studio pre-launch, and opening processes.

On this call, we will do over our 5 Operational Pillars for acquiring and retaining members that our business operations are based on: Lead Generation, Lead Nurture, Sales, Retention, & Ascension
Schedule "Running Your Business" CallFDD Review & Territory Mapping
On this call, we will go over the contents of the Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) for the first 30 minutes, then will explore different territory options in your desired market. Should you opt to have an attorney review the FDD instead, we will solely focus on territory mapping on this call.

WEEKS 5-6
7. FINALIZE & RESERVE YOUR TERRITORIES
You will determine the number of territories you’d like to move forward with and finalize your territory map(s) on a call with our VP of Franchise Development, Zac Celaya. Once complete, your territories will be reserved for 14 days.
8. COMPLETE OWNERSHIP APPROVAL CHECKLIST
We will provide you with a list of documents and information that will need to be submitted to our team in order to be approved for ownership.
Review Approval Checklist9. AUTHORIZE FRANCHISE AGREEMENT
After all items from our Ownership Approval Checklist have been submitted, our Executive Team will approve or deny your candidacy. Assuming you are approved, we will send out your Franchise Agreement & Development Agreement (if applicable) to authorize.
